Fixed: How to stop email getting into the spam or trash in google mails?
I was facing this problem from around 1 months, I was not getting email from my college then I google this problem but, I didn't find any solution to this problem and litrelly on the one error solving website I had founded the solution. So I decided to write this blog.
This kind of problems arises and main reason for this is due to unsubcribing the emails and newslater from the email. While unsubcribing the emails updates and newslater some kind of email filter get created and due to that other email get droped into the spam/trash box of gmail and other email accounts.
So without any further due lets get started with solving the problems
Firstly, you should check that have you ever given google or email account access to anyone or not.
So to check it I'm giving you the link to see which applications and services are accessing your google account.
1.Go to https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?pli=1
2.From the right-hand sidebar, click Revoke access.
Revoke the access from the applicatons which are accessing your account and you don't know about it.
Step1: Login to your google mail
Step2: Now after login to your google mail click on the "Setting Icon" in the top right side of the screen besides your profile picture and then click on "See All Setting". You will setting page like this:
Step3: Now click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab of the settings. Adjust the settings as shown in the given below image and save the changes.
Step4: After completing step3 click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab in the settings. Check whether any filter related to email is created or not. If yes then do check which filter is making emails get into the Spam/Trash folder of your google mail. If there's any filter it will look like this.
Without wasting anytime delete that filter. Delete option will be available on the right side of the filter like as shown in above image.
